STAR (SHE LIVES SO FAR)

A few years ago I met a star

Her fire gently burned my heart

She made me crazy for her love

I don’t believe time is gone

 

The night inflamed near the palms

I felt her body in my arms

There were no potions to fall in love

A little magic enchanted all

 

Her shine spread across the sky

I saw that glare blinding my eyes

All things began to fade away

Her light remained showing me the way

 

I know the star, she lives so far

The price to pay is real and hard

No kind of answer to a broken talk

Sometimes it’s just a part of love
